Andre De Jesus nitong Lunes, Enero 19, sa House of Representatives (HOR).

“As we have expressed time and again, the Armed Forces of the Philippines categorically rejects graft and corruption within and outside the institution. The AFP firmly maintains that corruption is a grave violation of the law, a betrayal of public trust, and an assault on the very foundations of professional military service,” saad ng AFP.

Dagdag pa nila, “Every soldier of the AFP has sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution and to serve the Filipino people with honor, discipline, and integrity. There is no place in the ranks of the Armed Forces for anyone who engages in or tolerates corrupt practices. Any personnel found guilty of corruption will be held fully accountable under the strictest application of military and civilian laws.”

“At the same time, the AFP emphasizes that the fight against corruption must always be conducted within the framework of the rule of law. Allegations must be established through due process, sufficient evidence, and fair hearings. Institutional accountability cannot be replaced by speculation, emotion, or calls for action outside legal and constitutional mechanisms,” anila.

“The AFP’s position is clear: zero tolerance for corruption, full respect for the rule of law, and impartial enforcement of accountability. Our loyalty is to the Constitution and to the Filipino people, not to any individual or vested interest,” pagtatapos nila.

“The Palace recognizes that the filing of complaints is part of the democratic process provided for under our Constitution. We respect this process and trust that Congress, as a co-equal branch of government, will discharge its duties with honesty, integrity, and fidelity to the rule of law” saad ng Presidential Communications Office (PCO).
