Sinampahan ng mga kasong graft at malversation ng Office of the Ombudsman sina dating Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla, Jr., at anim (6) na iba pang executives mula sa Department of Public Works and Highways sa Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office dahil sa umano’y ₱92.8 million ghost flood control project sa Pandi, Bulacan.
Ayon sa isinagawang press conference ni Assistant Ombudsman Mico Clavano nitong Biyernes, Enero 16, sinabi niyang naibigay ang nasabing halaga ng flood control project sa mga nasasakdal noong Marso 2025.
“The Office of the Ombudsman determines that there exists probable cause to file criminal charges in connection with the alleged ₱92.8 million in Pandi, Bulacan. The project was awarded on March 28, 2025,” pagsisimula niya.
Dagdag pa niya, “Accordingly, we inform the public that criminal information has been filed before the Sandiganbayan against several officials of the DPWH Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office and [former] Sen. Ramon “Bong” Bautista Revilla, Jr.”

Ani Clavano, sangkot umano ang dating senador at iba pa sa paglalabas ng umano’y aabot sa ₱76 milyong halaga ng hindi nasimulang proyekto sa Purok 5, Barangay Bunsuran, Pandi, Bulacan.
“The information alleged that the respondents conspired to facilitate the release of approximately ₱76 million for the supposed construction of a flood control project in Purok 5, Barangay Bunsuran, Pandi, Bulacan,” aniya.
Diin pa niya, “A project, which based on official inspection and witness accounts, was never implemented.”
Pagpapatuloy ni Clavano, naglabas umano ng mga pinabulaanang accomplishment reports, dokumento, at endorsed disbursement voucher ang mga nasasakdal sa hindi nasimulang proyekto.
“Despite the absence of any actual construction, the respondents declared the project completed. Thereafter, to facilitate the release of entire project cause, the respondents have found falsified accomplishment reports, issued… documents, and endorsed disbursement vouchers,” saad niya.

Dahil umano dito, nahaharap si Revilla at iba pa sa mga kasong malversation at graft.
“They faced the following charges: malversation of public funds through falsification of public documents under articles 217 in relation to the Article 171 and 172 of the Revised Penal Code,” ‘ika niya.
“And violation of Section 3(e) of the Philippine Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act (RA 3019),” pagtatapos pa niya.
Samantala, wala pang inilalabas na pahayag, tugon, o reaksyon ang kampo ni Revilla at anim na iba pa tungkol sa pagsasampa ng kasong ito ng Ombudsman laban sa kanila.
