Hinimok ng Akbayan Partylist sina Senate President Vicente Sotto III at House Speaker Faustino Dy III na ipasa ang Anti-Dynasty Bill bago sumapit ang Pasko, kasunod ng direktiba ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos Jr. na iprayoridad ang pagpapasa nito.
Ayon kay Akbayan Party President Rafaela David, dapat i-certify as urgent ni Marocs ang pagpapasa ng Anti-Dynasty Bill upang maipasa na ito bago ang Pasko.
“Kung gaanong hindi sapat ang ₱500 Noche Buena, mas lalong hindi sapat ang mga pronouncements na i-prioritize ang Anti-Dynasty Bill. President Marcos, dapat i-certify niyo as urgent at ipasa ang Anti-Dynasty Bill bago mag-pasko,” ani David sa isang pahayag nitong Martes, Disyembre 9.
Hinimok naman ni David sina Sotto at Dy na huwag nang hintayin pa ang Presidente dahil na sa kanila na ang "bola."

“Speaker Dy, SP Sotto—hindi kailangang hintayin ang Presidente, dahil nasa inyo ang bola. Nagbabantay ang taumbayan kung aaksyunan ninyo ito o tutulugan lang,” dagdag pa niya.
Giit niya, kung patuloy na hindi kikilos ang mga ito ay mas lalalim lamang daw ang pagkadismaya ng publiko sa dynastic abuse at korapsyon.
“Every day of delay sends a clear signal: that political clans still come first, and ordinary Filipinos come last. It’s time for Congress to break that pattern,” anang Pangulo ng Akbayan.
"The government is feeling the heat of the people’s anger because of the massive corruption. Let's keep the pressure up and ensure we win critical reforms in the middle of this crisis. Ang tagumpay ay papandayin ng bawat protesta at pagkilos natin," dagdag pa niya.
Matatandaang nitong Martes nang iniutos ni Marcos sa Senado at Kongreso na iprayoridad ang pagpapasa ng apat na legislative orders na Anti-dynasty bill, Independent People's Commission Act, Party-list System Reform Act, at Citizens Access and Disclosure of Expenditures for National Accountability (CADENA) Act.
Kasama ni Marcos sa isinagawang dayalogo ng Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) sina Sotto, Dy, at Majority Leader Sandro Marcos, ayon kay Palace Press Officer at Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro.
