Kinumpirma na rin mismo ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) ang ipinadalang liham sa kanila ni Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative at House Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander "Sandro" Marcos sa kahandaan nitong pumunta sa kanilang tanggapan.
Ayon sa naging ambush interview ng media kay ICI Executive Director Brian Hosaka nitong Huwebes, Nobyembre 27, kinumupirma niya ang nasabing liham ni Sandro at pag-uusapan pa raw nila kung kailan maaaring makapunta si Sandro sa kanilang pagdinig.
“I would like to confirm that,” pagsisimula niya.
Dagdag pa niya, “We will have the Commission [ICI]... they would have to convene and decide on when the congressman [Sandro] will be available for a hearing.”

Pagpapatuloy pa ni Hosaka, maaari raw i-live stream ng Komisyon ang magiging pagdinig nila kay Sandro dahil sa pormal na paghiling nito ng sesyon sa kanila.
“Right now, if you read the request of Congressman Sandro Marcos, it was that stated there. So based on our rules, unless there are formal requests for an executive session, default would be live stream,” pagtatapos pa niya.
Matatandaan nauna nang magpadala ni Sandro ng liham sa ICI nito ring Huwebes kung saan sinabi niya na handa raw siyang humarap at makipagtulungan sa nasabing Komisyon para sa pag-iimbestiga nito sa maanomalyang flood-control projects.
