Handa umanong pumunta at makipagtulungan si Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative at House Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander "Sandro" Marcos sa tanggapan ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) kaugnay sa imbestigasyon nito sa maanomalyang flood-control projects.
Ayon sa isinapublikong liham ni Sandro sa kaniyang Facebook post nitong Huwebes, Nobyembre 27, makikitang ipinadala niya ito kay ICI Chairperson Andres Reyes, Jr.
Ani Sandro, nirerespeto niya ang ICI at handa raw siyang pumunta sa tanggapan nito upang makatulong sa pagsisiyasat ng nasabing Komisyon.
“I extend my full respect to the work of the Independent Commission on Infrastructure and its efforts to uncover the truth behind the ongoing investigation on Flood Control projects,” mababasa sa simula ng nasabing liham ni Sandro.

Dagdag pa niya, “Let me state this clearly and without hesitation: I am willing to appear before the Commission at any time. I welcome the opportunity to shed light on any matter that may assist your review.”
Pagpapatuloy ni Sandro, handa rin daw siyang makipag-ugnayan, sagutin ang mga katanungan, at magbigay-linaw sa ilang kinakailangan ng ICI para matuloy pa ang kanilang imbestigasyon.
“I stand ready to cooperate, answer questions, and provide any clarification needed to move this investigation forward,” ‘ika niya.
Matatandaang isiniwalat ni dating Ako Bicol Partylist Rep. Zaldo Co na mayroon din umanong aabot sa mahigit ₱50 billion na insertion si Sandro ayon sa video statement niya sa kaniyang Facebook post noong Martes, Nobyembre 25, 2025.
““Hindi lang po ang Pangulo ang may insertions sa budget pati po si Congressman Sandro Marcos, mayroon din pong pinapasok taon-taon. Noong 2023, may ₱9.636 billion, noong 2024 [ay] ₱20.173 billion, at nitong 2025 [ay] ₱21.127 billion. Lahat-lahat, ang kabuuan ay ₱50.938 billion,” saad ni Co.
Samantala, pumalag naman Sandro laban sa umano’y alegasyong ibinato sa kaniya ni Co noon ding Martes.
“Anyone can sit in front of a camera from abroad and spew lies. The statements from the newly crowned champion of the DDS cabal, former Congressman Zaldy Co, are frankly as fantastical as they are false,” sagot ni Sandro.

Ani Sandro, hindi raw dapat paniwalaan ng publiko si Co dahil ang tanging interest lamang umano nito ay magsulong ng destabilisasyon sa gobyerno.
“I hope that the public can be reminded that we are talking of a person with no credibility whose vested interests are to release these videos to destabilize the government[...]” aniya.
“Gusto niyang pabagsakin ang kasalukuyang administrasyon para ma-abswelto siya sa kanyang mga krimen,” pagtatapos ni Sandro.
