Usap-usapan ang pagpalag ng aktres na si Marjorie Barretto sa naging panayam ng inang si Inday Barretto kay showbiz insider Ogie Diaz, patungkol sa kanilang magkakapatid na sina Gretchen at Claudine Barretto.
Tila hindi nagustuhan ni Marjorie ang mga naging pasabog ni Mommy Inday sa relasyon nilang magkakapatid sa isa't isa, lalo na ang pinag-usapang hidwaan sa pagitan nilang magkakapatid sa burol ng namayapa nilang amang si Miguel Barretto, na pinuntahan pa ni dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Sa nabanggit na panayam, inilarawan ni Inday si Marjorie na "strong-willed" at inaming hindi sila gaanong magkasundo.
"Some people say maybe it's rivalry, some inggit. Some are strong and some are not. Marjorie is very strong-willed. Sometimes lampas sa normal. Because even I as a mother get it... We don't get along fine... I love her. She knows that. She better know it, otherwise what a loss," ani Inday.

Inilarawan pa ni Inday ang relasyon nila ng anak bilang "hot and cold" o sala sa init, sala sa lamig.
Samantala, nagbigay naman ng reaksiyon tungkol dito si Marjorie, sa pamamagitan ng kaniyang Instagram post.
Hindi raw maintindihan ni Marjorie kung bakit kailangang "kaladkarin" ng kaniyang ina ang pamilya nila para sa panibagong eskandalo.
Pakiramdam ni Marjorie, siya na naman daw ang ginawang "damage control" para pagandahin ang pangalan ng "youngest child."
"Was this really necessary to drag our grieving, non-showbiz family members into a new scandal while everyone is still mourning my brother's sudden death?"
"Or am I once again damage control?"
"The Mission: Destroy Marjorie — to make the youngest child look good and clean," aniya pa.
Bagama't walang tinukoy na pangalan, naniniwala ang mga netizen na ang tinutukoy rito ni Marjorie ay ang kapatid na si Optimum Star Claudine Barretto.
Sinagot din ni Marjorie ang nabanggit na ina na hindi siya nito iniimbitahan sa mga party niya, na tila "kinahihiya" siya.
"My mom mentioned that I don't invite her because I'm embarrassed of her. Why would you say that, Mom? You and my siblings know very well that you've often asked me not to post photos of us together because Gretchen and Claudine might get upset. Hearing that from my own mother and hearing it repeatedly over the years was deeply hurtful, even as an adult. My children felt that pain for me too," aniya.
Nagsalita rin si Marjorie sa naging paglalarawan sa kaniya ni Inday na siya ay strong-willed.
"My mom said I was strong-willed — in a bad way. Mom, I should not be punished and insulted for being strong-willed. I fought so hard to get to this point. I had no choice. When the going gets tough for the favored child, I am made to suffer for it. She can do no wrong. The favored child is always the victim; the survivors are the villains. And now I see how my children are suffering from this vicious cycle."
Sa kabila ng lahat, nag-iwan pa rin ng mensahe si Marjorie para sa kaniyang ina.
"Mom, I want you to know that I love you. And I have learned to accept whatever kind of love you can give me. It's okay. In fact, I have surrendered to it. Instead of looking for affection and protection from you, I will pour all of my energy into being the best mom to my children. I am not a perfect mom, but they can trust me. You may ask why do I feel the need to clarify and explain, it's because I am misunderstood. And when someone close to you distorts the truth in a very public way, it creates an ache that my silence cannot hold anymore," aniya.
