Aniya, “While we respect the creativity and effort of the director, cast, producers, and all those who worked behind the scenes of the movie ‘Quezon,’ I encourage the public to have a deeper look into history, specifically the life of the late President Manuel L. Quezon, who dedicated his life to nationalism, championing land reform and tenant farmers' rights, expanding public education and promoting the Filipino language for which he was revered as the Ama ng Wikang Pambansa, among many other significant contributions to the country.”
“Let us not rely solely on the director's interpretation and artistic liberties, but rather seek to understand the true depth of President Quezon's vision and service to the Filipino people,” dugtong pa ni Tan.

“While we respect and understand his sentiments, we wish to reiterate that the film is grounded in verified historical accounts, including President Quezon’s own autobiography and other reputable sources,” anang production company.
