“Throwing hate, bullying, trolling, and bashing online can cause a deep and lasting toll on a person. This will NEVER be okay,” saad ni Gabbi.
Dagdag pa niya, “Many people are already silently struggling with personal battles we don’t see. The effects on mental health are real—anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and sometimes even irreversible decisions.”
“Imagine if we used these platforms not to tear each other down, but to lift each other, with compassion, empathy, and understanding… Words are powerful. Use them to uplift, not to destroy,” anang aktres.

"Seek help. Go to a therapist, not on social media. Comply with medications and counselling. Help is available, accessible. Lalo na sa mga mayayaman. Do not invalidate the feelings of mga nanakawan ng mga nepo. Iba usapan yun"
"Unfortunately, internet is not a safe space and will never be. Cancelling is also a form a free speech."
"The inherent struggle for survival compels individuals to seek the surface, yet this instinctual behavior can inadvertently jeopardize the well-being of others, resulting in unintended consequences. Be mindful too, be equally empathetic even if you don't feel like it."
"Sometimes online breaks are needed."
"she didn’t deserve the hate. her parents are hardworking and hindi magnanakaw. they are animal advocates. those who deserve this are still alive in the name of gela alonte, claudine co, etc. they should be the one in her shoes now. ok lg tlga ako ma dedbol sina gela"
