Si Tiglao, na isang model-journalist nga ang pinagpasahan ng korona ng outgoing Miss Grand International 2024 CJ Opiaza, na isa ring Pilipina, matapos tanggalan ng korona at titulo si Rachel Gupta ng India. Bilang first-runner up, si CJ ang sumalo sa nabanggit na titulo.
