Ibinahagi ni Cavite 4th district Rep. Kiko Barzaga ang three-point speakership platform niya sakaling siya ang humalili kay Leyte 1st District Rep. Martin Romualdez bilang House Speaker.
Sa latest episode ng “The Interviewer” ni Asia’s King of Talk Boy Abunda nitong Biyernes, Oktubre 3, sinabi ni Barzaga na una raw niyang gagawin ay imbestigahan si Romuladez at ang mga deputy speakers nito.
“Firstly, the investigation of Martin Romuladez and his deputy speakers and their involvement in flood control,” saad ni Barzaga.
“Secondly,” pagpapatuloy niya, “we need to take time to go fix the Lower House because there are plenty of issues and corruptions involved. So, I would propose travel ban until December 2026 everyone can stay in the Philippines and focus their work

Matatandaang si Isabela 6th District Rep. Bojie Dy ang pumalit kay Romualdez matapos nitong magbitiw bilang bagong House Speaker.
Isa si Romualdez sa mga mambabatas na pinangalanan ng kontraktor na si Curlee Discaya na tumanggap umano ng porsyento sa pondo ng mga kontrata sa maanomalyang flood control projects.
