Ibinahagi ng Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) na papadalhan umano nila ng subpoena sina Leyte 1st District Representative at dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez, dating Ako Bicol Partylist Rep. Zaldy Co, at Sen. Mark Villar para sa kanilang pag-iimbestiga sa maanomalyang flood-control projects.
Ibinahagi ito ni ICI Executive Director Brian Hosaka sa mga midya nitong Miyerkules, Oktubre 1, 2025.
Ayon kay Hosaka, may posibilidad umanong ipatawag nila si Villar dahil siya raw ang dating secretary ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
“That’s a possibility, yes. Because (Villar) was a former secretary of the DPWH,” paliwanag ni Hosaka.

Paglilinaw naman ni Hosaka kung bakit kasama si Romualdez, sinabi niyang noon pa naimbita ng kanilang ahensya ang dating House Speaker.
“I believe he will be invited. In fact, I think, according to our secretariat, he was invited already, but I just have to find out if the summons or the subpoena was actually received,” paliwanag ni Hosaka.
Dagdag pa ni Hosaka, nagsimula umano silang magpadala ng subpoena kina Romualdez, Co, at Villar noon pang magsimula ang pagdinig ng ICI sa pag-iimbestiga nila sa maanomalyang flood-control projects.
“I have to check but I think it was during the first part when the commission started its hearings,” pagtatapos pa niya.
Samantala, wala pa naman inilalabas na pahayag sina Romualdez, Co, at Villar kaugnay rito.
