Muling pinabilib ng Filipino-American singer na si Jessica Sanchez ang mga tao at hurado sa semi-finals ng America’s Got Talent (AGT) season 20.
Nagtapat-tapat na ang 11 mga kalahok sa semi-finals ng AGT na ginanap nitong Martes, Setyembre 16, 2025 (EST), kung saan kasama si Jessica sa hanay ng mga nakipagtagisan ng galing sa isa’t isa.
Kinanta ni Jessica sa semi-final ang “Golden Hour” na composed na American singer-songwriter na si Jvke.
Goosebumps ang hatid sa mga tao at hurado ng naging performance ni Jessica.

Ayon sa huradong si Sofia Vergara, proud umano siya dahil si Jessica ang kaniyang naging “golden buzzer.”
“I’m so proud that you are my golden buzzer. Jessica, you get better and better. It’s perfection. Your voice, your little belly, your story. I mean, there’s nothing. I would change about you and how you do your singing. You are so amazing. I’m so happy for you,” komento ni Sofia.
Para naman kay Howie Mandel, naniniwala umano siya na may posibilidad na makuha ni Jessica ang “million-dollar” na gantimpala ng AGT sa tamang “song choice” na kakantahin niya.
“So, I believed in exactly what Simon said to you the last time. First of all, you looked beautiful tonight. And secondly, you sound beautiful. But he said, with the right song choice, you could take this all the way and be the million-dollar winner. America’s gonna have to decide whether that was the right song choice,” anang Howie.
Dagdag naman ni Melanie “Mel B” Brown, “magical” ang boses ni Jessica. Maaari umanong ikumpara ang vocals ni Jessica sa sikat na American singer-songwriter na si Mariah Carey.
“Your vocals were just magical. They really were. You have a range that's very similar to Mariah Carey. You can go up, down, and round the corners and you always land on point. Now, whether that song affected everybody that way that you want it to, I’m not sure. But I could see that it affected you. And that’s the most important thing,” ‘ika ni Mel B.
Komento naman ni Simon Cowell, nagustuhan umano niya ang naging performance ni Jessica at inaasahan niyang makita pang muli ang Filipino singer sa finals ng AGT sa susunod na Linggo.
“I love the song choice, actually. Genuinely. I really, really did. For me, it showed a different part of your voice. That’s what I call a kind of a moment performance. Genuinely.
And you know what is brilliant about you, Jessica, is not only [that] you are talented. You’ve never given up over all of these years and you cound have done but you haven’t. You kept going. Timing’s everything, by the way. And importantly, you are very, very, very likable…
“I think we are gonna be seeing you next week,” pasuspetsa ni Simon.
Samanta, nagpasalamat naman si Jessica at ibinahagi na huwag muna siyang manganak para makarating sakali sa finals ng nasabing kompetisyon.
“I mean, this is just so exciting. I just keep telling my baby. I’m like, please just stay in there another week. God will make it to the finals. You know, I’m just so blessed and grateful,” pagbabahagi ni Jessica.
