Kasama sa mga pinababantayan ni Sec. Dizon sa pagpapadala niya ng issue ngayong Miyerkules, Setyembre 3 sa ahensya ng Department of Justice (DOJ) sina Sarah Discaya, Mark Allan Arevalo, at Lawrence Lubiano.
Matatandaang kasama sila sa mga dumalong contractor sa pagdinig ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee kaugnay sa pagpapatuloy ng imbestigasyon sa maanomalyang flood-control projects noong Lunes, Setyembre 1.
