"By then, it had started raining outside, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient to leave. While I fully understand and respect store policies, I kindly suggest that your team make the rules clearer upfront. A prominent sign at the entrance stating 'No Pets Allowed (Except Service Animals)' would be extremely helpful—not only for pet owners like myself but also for your staff, who must enforce the policy consistently and respectfully," aniya.

"This is not a complaint, but a suggestion for improved clarity and customer experience. I hope Starbucks Philippines considers adding clearer signage to avoid confusion and ensure that all customers can make informed decisions," aniya.

"Thank you for your time, and I appreciate the service your teams provide daily."

"A service dog is not a pet. A service dog is a medical alert dog and should not be discriminated. In the USA, it is a federal offense to discriminate a service dog. Service dogs shoud be allowed in all public places like restaurants, movie houses, malls, etc."

"Even service dogs should not be allowed since some guests have allergies to dander. I agree with you though that a prominent signage indicating restrictions should be placed upfront so people can make decisions."

"Common courtesy would be to ask first if pets are allowed before entering, regardless of signage. That's what a responsible pet owner would do."

"To ensure food hygiene regulations are met business owners (and dog owners) must prevent dogs from entering any areas where food is stored, handled, prepared, or cooked. Hygiene .Dogs can carry germs, parasites, and bacteria, and their presence in food preparation areas is a health risk. Even well-behaved dogs can shed hair and slobber, which some find unpleasant The presence of dogs in restaurants can be a contentious issue, with some finding it disgusting due to hygiene concerns and potential disruptions, while others view it as a positive, especially in dog-friendly establishments. Concerns often center around hygiene, with potential for germs, hair, and even fecal matter to be spread. Additionally, some find the presence of dogs disruptive, whether due to barking, the need to avoid them, or concerns about them begging for food its always best to ask the shop before entering."

"This is the proper way to address your concern. So respectful with very clear stated intention."

"The default should have been... NO PETS ALLOWED. If the store allows, they will put a signage PET-FRIENDLY."

"f you're a responsible pet owner, please remember to always check with the guard or staff before entering a restaurant with your pet. Just because there's no sign posted doesn’t automatically mean pets are allowed. Be proactive—before placing your order, kindly inform the staff that you have a pet with you. Also, be mindful that not everyone is comfortable around dogs. Some customers may have allergies or phobias, so it’s important to be respectful of the shared space. Showing consideration not only makes the experience pleasant for everyone, it also reflects well on the pet community as a whole."

"truth, it has be a signage. no need to ask if pets can allowed it has to be signage mandatory so never mistaken, I am a pet lover also."
