Muling isinusulong ni Sen. Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa ang pagbabalik ng death penalty sa buong bansa.
Sa press release na inilabas ng kampo ng senador noong Biyernes, Hulyo 4, 2025, parte raw ang pagsusulong ng naturang panukala para sa mga biniktima ng krimeng nakaugat pa rin sa ilegal na droga.
"This bill has become more than a campaign promise or a legal stand, but the realization of our commitment to those families left behind by the victims of crimes involving drugs," ani Dela Rosa.
Dagdag pa niya, “It is our declaration of war against drugs that has destroyed our country have caused violence, and national insecurity."

Kabilang din sa mga isinusulong pang maisabatas ni Dela Rosa ay ang Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) at pag-amyenda sa Party-list System Act.
Ayon pa sa naturang press release, nais din ipagbawal ng senador ang pagkakaroon daw ng mga party-list representatives na may kaugnayan sa mga makakaliwang grupo.
Matatandaang isa si Dela Rosa sa mga personalidad na pilit umanong inuugnay na komunista ang mga miyembrong bumubuo sa mga party-list ng Makabayan bloc katulad ng Kabataan Partylist, ACT Teachers, Gabriela at Akbayan.
Hirit pa ni Dela Rosa, "It is my hope that the Senate will give utmost importance to the bills I filed. The measures are aimed to address the pressing needs of our country as a whole."
