Usap-usapan ang social media post ni Veronica "Kitty" Duterte hinggil sa dating associate ng kaniyang amang si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na umano'y naninira laban sa huli.
"It has come to our attention that a certain individual that has formerly worked or has been associated with my father, PRRD, has been making claims about the duties that they have performed for him. Some of the details even include trying to act as his partner, in order to gain access, and visit him to get information, to be used for some unkind purpose," pahayag ni Kitty sa kaniyang social media posts noong Biyernes, Hunyo 20.
Giit pa ni Kitty, kung nagagawa raw palampasin ng kaniyang inang si Honeylet Avanceña, common law partner ni FPRRD, ang ginagawa ng nabanggit na associate, siya raw ay hindi niya palalampasin ang nabanggit na behavior.
"Do your “friends”know about the inappropriate messages you sent PRRD? Well, your family does. To this certain individual, I am telling you that if my mother has been tolerating your behavior, I will not. We have totally different temperaments and should you show that audacity you have, you come up to me."

Iginiit ni Kitty na hindi raw siya bulag sa kung ano ang mga bagay na mayroon sa kaniyang ama, lalo na pagdating sa "romantic relationships."
