Pinatutsadahan ni Congressman Paolo "Pulong" Duterte ang 1Sambayan dahil sa umano'y pagbibigay-babala sa mga bansang maaaring tumanggap kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sakaling maaprubahan ang interm release nito.
Kamakailan lamang kinumpirma ni Atty. Nicholas Kaufman na opisyal nang naghain ng interim release ang kampo ni dating Pangulong Duterte sa International Crime Court (ICC).

Matatandaang nanawagan ang 1Sambayan sa ICC na i-reject ang hiling na interim release ni Duterte.

"1Sambayan demands that the ICC reject Duterte's request unequivocally and ensure that the investigation proceeds without obstruction. We will not rest until those responsible for these atrocities are brought to justice. We call on the international community to stand with the Filipino people and denounce this affront to justice," giit nito.
Sinabi rin ng 1Sambayan na anumang bansa ang tumanggap sa dating pangulo ay dapat daw isalang-alang ang desisyong ito.
"Any nation considering hosting Duterte under interim release must seriously consider the implications of such a decision. Granting refuge to a figure accused of such grave crimes would not only determine the integrity of the ICC process but would also send a dangerous message to other potential perpetrators of human rights abuses worldwide: that impunity is attainable."
Samantala, sa isang Facebook post pinatutsahan ni Pulong ang 1Sambayan.
"First of all, a citizen of this Republic had been kidnapped by his fellow filipinos and never did we hear anything from this group neither did we hear anything from them when drug lords and NPA insurgents terrorized our fellow filipino citizen," aniya nitong Lunes, Hunyo 16.
"It is quite interesting now that these people would go on great lengths to warn states from receiving our very own president. May I remind 1sambayanan that numerous countries have in fact lauded FPRRD in his crusade to combat crime in our country and I would not be surprised if many will express interest in receiving FPRRD in their respective country.
"The international community is not blind with what is happening in our country. There is no crime against humanity but a legitimate action of a man who actually had the balls to do what is necessary to save his country from illegal drugs and criminality," anang anak ng dating pangulo.
Giit ni Pulong, kagaya raw ng ibang miyembro Makabayan Bloc, pinondohan din umano ang grupong 1Sambayan ng tinutukoy niyang "tambangag."
"Like any other member of the makabayan bloc, 1sambayanan is a group similarly funded by TAMBANGAG using taxpayers money to fuel his twisted dream that he can still be president in 2028," aniya.
"President Duterte is already weak and old, his only dream right now is to return to his country and be with his family. He is no longer a threat to the presidency as he is already legally barred from doing so. Sadly, the very country that he served cannot accept him back because of its leaders who now disown him."
