Pormal na iminungkahi ni Senate Majority Leader Francis Tolentino sa Senado na dapat tapusin ang impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa loob ng 19 na araw.
"Whereas, without compromising the integrity of the Senate and the substance of the impeachment trial including the rights of the parties, there is a need to adopt an expedited trial calendar that affords the parties a full and fair opportunity to articulate their respective positions and to ensure the resolution of the case before the expiration of the term of the current Congress at noon on the 30th day of June 2025," nakasaad sa resolusyon ni Tolentino.
Bukod dito, inilatag din sa resolusyon ang "proposed calender" ng impeachment trial.
