Nagbigay ng tugon ang celebrity doctor na si Dra. Vicki Belo sa mga walang pakundangang pumupuna sa dibdib niya.
Sa isang Instagram reels ni Belo kamakailan, sinabi niyang nagkaroon daw siya ng breast cancer siyam na taon na ang nakalilipas.
“If you recall, I had breast cancer 9 years ago. And my tumor was actually this big, 5 centimeter by seven on my left breast,” saad ni Belo.
Ayon sa kaniya, isinagawa umano ang operasyon sa isang ospital sa New York para alisin ang bukol sa kaniyang boobs.

“They put something in, I don't even know what it is. I asked my doctor, he told me tissue, but it's not silicone. It's something much harder," anang doktora.
Dagdag pa niya, "I also had stage three breast cancer, so they removed three lymph nodes, so that's why my armpit is a bit deep on this side. I wanted to clear it up because I don't want you to think that's what happens to boobs in Belo."
Kaya pakiusap ni Belo, “Please be kind na lang. I'm a cancer survivor. I was a bit depressed in the beginning, but I didn't let it affect my life.”
Matatandaang sa isang video noong 2023 ay ibinahagi niya na siya raw ay cancer-free na matapos ang pitong taong pakikipagbuno sa naturang sakit.
