“Women leaders across the world face targeted harassment and intimidation—not only because of their advocacy for democracy and justice, but simply because they are women,” giit ng dating senador at ngayo’y first nominee ng Mamamayang Liberal (ML) Partylist.

“The fight for women’s rights in political spaces is not just about equality in representation; it is also about dismantling the misogyny that seeks to undermine our contributions. This is no longer about having a seat at the table; it is about rearranging the table itself to ensure that it is inclusive and reflective of diverse perspectives,” dagdag niya.

My fellow Bicolana, Leni Robredo, remains to be a good governance icon. Heidi Mendoza remains steadfast in her stand against corruption, bringing her advocacy to the Senate. And Risa Hontiveros continues to defend the rights and welfare of every Filipino. As for me—I fight on,” saad ni De Lima.

“This International Women’s Month, let’s recognize the women who lead, the women who fight back, and the women who refuse to be erased. The fight for justice and equality is far from over, and we will not back down. TULOY ANG LABAN,” saad pa niya.
