Tinawag na “great news” ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez ang pagbaba umano ng inflation ng bansa noong Pebrero.
Sa inilabas na opisyal na pahayag ng House Speaker nitong Miyerkules, Marso 5, 2025, binati rin niya ang economic team ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr.
“This is great news for every Filipino family. The continued drop in inflation—from 2.9% in January to 2.1% in February—proves that President R. Marcos Jr.’s economic team is getting the job done,” ani Romualdez.
Binigyang-diin din ng House Speaker ang patuloy umanong pagtutok ng administrasyon ni PBBM sa usaping ekonomiya ng bansa.

“The Marcos administration has remained laser-focused on stabilizing prices, ensuring food security, and protecting the purchasing power of our people,” ani Romualdez.
Dagdag pa niya, “We in the House of Representatives fully support these efforts by passing laws that make life easier for ordinary Filipinos—whether it’s lowering food costs, ensuring stable energy prices, or creating more jobs.

“We know how tough the past few years have been, but the numbers don’t lie—inflation is going down, and our economy is getting stronger. This is the result of sound leadership, strong policies, and the resilience of the Filipino people,” saad ni Romualdez.
Siniguro rin ng House Speaker ang patuloy aniyang pagsusulong nila ng reporma para sa mga Pilipino.
“Patuloy nating itutulak ang mga repormang magpapagaan sa buhay ng bawat Pilipino. Sa ilalim ng Bagong Pilipinas, walang maiiwan!” giit ni Romualdez.
