"Ngayon iiyak-iyak ka sa social media? Actions have consequences..."
Pinatutsadahan ni CIDG chief Police Brigadier General Nicolas Torre III ang Duterte supporter na si Ernest Jun Abines matapos niyang maghain ng search warrant laban sa huli.
Sa isang Facebook post, ipinaliwanag ni Torre kung bakit niya pina-search warrant si Abines.
"Actions have consequences. Ipinakalat mo na naospital ako. Nagdulot ito ng pag-alala at pagkabalisa sa pamilya at mga kaibigan ko. Ano ang naging aksyon ko? Sumandig ako sa batas, naniniwala ako na mali man ang ginawa mo ay may karapatan kang humarap sa korte at mabigyan ng due process," saad ni Torre nitong Sabado, Pebrero 22.

"A lot more than what your idol gave to people more innocent than you," saad pa niya.
"Nag-apply ako ng search warrant para makuha ang mga phone at computer na ginamit mo sa katarantaduhang ginawa mo sa akin."
Patutsada ni Torre kay Abines, "Ngayon iiyak-iyak ka sa social media? Actions have consequences sir. At yung pangtarandado mo, ang consequence ngayon sa yo ay pagkuha mo ng abogado."

Samantala, sa serye ng Facebook post, ibinahagi ni Abines ang ginawa umano sa kaniya ng mga awtoridad.
"DEAR FRIENDS, When PNP/CIDG invaded my home and confiscated my Celfon, they tried to down load and prove Celfon for 3 hours on site. I believe what they did was illegal for tampering on on my celfone which is an "evidence" that's supposed to be preserved. I advised all friends to delete me from all Group Chats to protect our personal conversation from prying eyes with malicious motives.I have nothing to hide from the law.But assume CIDG and PNP is spying on this account. I advise personal message and jokes should not be sent to me. Because Diwata is now making PNP as his personal army to oppress the Filipino people."
"PNP / CIDG probe and downloaded content of my celfone in the 4 hours episode of search. It was against my will and no supervision from the court. They have illegally tampered my celfone which was supposed to be the"Evidence" and subject of the search warrant. I insisted they do the search with my lawyer but they ignored me. They did not preserve the "evidence" of search."
