Sa latest Instagram account ni Atty. Joji nitong Lunes, Enero 13, sinabi sa pahayag na nagkaroon umano ng verbal arrangement na kanselahin na ang pagiging endorser at investor ni Ivana ng jewelry brand.
“It will be recalled that Ms. Alawi first became an endorser and eventually an investor of LVNA By Drake Dustin - Cebu branch. As legal concerns arose in the contract between Ms. Alawi and Drake Dustin, there had been a verbal arrangement to rescind their agreement,” saad ni Atty. Joji.
Dagdag pa niya, “The matter on formal rescission of the agreement has already been filed and is now before the Regional Trial Court.”

Kaya naman mula ngayon ay itinuturing na bilang unauthorized ang paggamit sa pangalan o larawan ni Ivana para sa brand endorsement at business dealings ng LVNA.
