Nagbigay ng mensahe si Jam Villanueva sa mga kababaihan matapos niyang isiwalat ang pagtataksil umano sa kaniya ng ex-partner niyang si Anthony Jennings.
Sa Instagram story ni Jam nitong Martes, Disyembre 3, pinayuhan niya ang mga kapuwa niya babae na huwag daw tumulad sa kaniya.
“To all the women reading this, don’t be like me. It took me three long months to finally accept that I was just ignoring the reality of the situation. The sleepless nights, crying and anxiety attacks, and sabotaging yourself-for those three months, I blamed myself for everything I thought, felt, and saw during that time. I convinced myself I was just overthinking and overreacting because I desperately wanted to see the good in the situation,” saad ni Jam.
“I allowed this to happen because I thought it was the best way to support them both. Most importantly, I trusted my partner and her-as a woman,” aniya.

Dagdag pa ni Jam, hindi raw naging madali para sa kaniya ito lalo na nang padalhan siya ni Anthony ng mensahe.
“This isn't easy-especially when he texts me. I catch myself wanting to reply, wishing things could just go back to how they were. But I'm grateful for the people who've found strength in my story, and whose hearts I've touched. They remind me that sharing my truth isn't just about my own healing-it's about empowering others to find the courage to embrace theirs,” sabi niya.
Kaya naman kung may babae rin daw na nasa parehong stiwasyon kagaya niya, umaasa siyang makapag-ipon ito ng lakas na unahin ang sarili at kapayapaan nito.
