Inanunsyo ng pamunuan ng Miss Universe 2024 ang top 3 sa votes para sa best in national costume na isa sa mga kategorya sa nagdaang 73rd Miss Universe 2024 na ginanap sa Mexico noong Nobyembre 17.
"Proudly representing their homeland! The National Costume is a way for contestants to share their country’s story, traditions, and values with the world," mababasa sa Instagram post ng Miss Universe, Sabado, Nobyembre 30.
"Based on your votes, we’re proud to announce the top 3 National Costumes! Congratulations to our winner @manalochelsea wearing @manny.halasan ."
Ang nakasungkit ng 3rd place ay si Miss Vietnam Ky Duyen Nguyen, ang 2nd place naman ay si Miss Chile Emilia Dides, at si Chelsea naman ang 1st place.

Ang kaniyang national costume ay likha ni Manny Halasan, na may pamagat na "Hiraya."
Sa comment section ay nagpaabot naman ng pasasalamat si Chelsea kay Manny.
"To the team and Sir @manny.halasan for the creation. Salamat sa lahat ng nag tiwala at nag Vote! Para sayo Philippines! " aniya.
Nagpaabot na rin ng pagbati ang pamunuan ng Miss Universe Philippines para sa dalawa.
