Inilabas na ng National Book Development Board (NBDB) at Manila Critics Circle (MCC) ang listahan ng mga nagwaging aklat sa 42nd National Book Awards.
Ayon sa NBDB nitong Lunes, Nobyembre 11, mahigit 300 aklat umano ang lahok na natanggap nila sa 31 kategorya na binubuo ng apat na wika sa Pilipinas: English, Filipino, Bikol, at Ilokano.
Ngunit sa 326 na nagsumite, narito lamang ang ang pinalad na magwagi sa Literary Division:
