Nagpaabot ng panalangin ang mga netizen sa singer-actress na si Zsa Zsa Padilla na sasailalim sa operasyon dahil umano sa kondisyon ng kaniyang kidney.
Sa Instagram post ni Zsa Zsa kamakailan, ibinahagi niya na mayroon umano siyang congenital condition na kung tawagin ay “megaureter.”
“I was born with a mega ureter. My left ureter was the size of a sausage when it should be a thin tubular structure with a 3 to 4 mm diameter. My right one is normal. I like how my new doctor describe it as- ‘you have a structural problem’ instead of my usual ‘ I was born with a defective left ureter,’” kuwento ni Zsa Zsa.
Dagdag pa niya: “For many years, I’ve had endless battles with UTI (urinary track infection) and taking oral antibiotics became routine. They had no proper machine in the Philippines while I was growing up and doctors only saw my real problem in 2007!”

Ayon kay Zsa Zsa, 17 years ago pa raw nang una siyang sumailalim sa operasyon upang maitama umano ang kung anomang problema sa kaniyang kidney.
“Right after filming Zsa Zsa Zaturnah in 2007, I underwent open surgery to finally correct my left ureter. It was tapered and reinserted in my bladder,” aniya.
Pero last year, nahirapan daw lunasan ang infection sa kidney niya. Nagiging resistant umano siya sa mga iniinom na antibiotics.
Bukod dito, lumitaw din umano sa resulta ng isinagawang pagsusuri na mayroon daw siyang pee reflux at tila pumapalya ang function ng kaliwang kidney niya.
“I went to the US in January but was advised not to have surgery. I was disappointed because I didn’t know what to do about my problem,” lahad ni Zsa Zsa.
Hanggang sa naisip umano ni Zsa Zsa ang Singapore dahil marami raw siyang naririnig na doon pumupunta para tugunan ang kanilang medical needs.
Ayon sa kaniya: “They told me they could do laparoscopic surgery to correct my problem. We set a date and now I’m still in hospital recuperating. I’m glad they didn’t open me up.”
Ipinapanalangin ni Zsa Zsa na sana ay patuloy umanong mag-function ang kaliwang kidney niya sa pamamagitan ng pagpapala ng Diyos.
