Nagbigay ng pahayag ang Haven of Angels Memorial Chapels & Crematorium na nangasiwa sa bangkay ng aso ni award-winning actor Christian Bables.
Ito ay matapos maglabas ng demand letter ang kampo ni Christian para humingi ng public apology ang naturang pet crematorium dahil sa hindi maayos na trato nito sa namayapang aso ng aktor.
Sa Facebook post ng Haven of Angels Memorial Chapels & Crematorium nitong Martes, Hunyo 18, sinabi nila na ikinalulungkot umano nila na hindi naabot ni Christian ang expectation nito sa kanilang pick-up and preparation sa aso ng aktor.
“As far as our viewing process is concerned, we placed Hope inside the chapel and on the table with flower arrangements. However, Mr. Bables had more expectations to give Hope a memorable send off, which unfortunately, we were not able to meet. We understand the importance of this process and the emotional significance it holds to him as pet owner and fur parent. On this matter, we apologize,” pahayag ng pet crematorium.

Sa kasalukuyan, nasa proseso na umano sila ng pagsusuri sa nangyaring insidente at naabisuhan na rin ang mga sangkot na empleyado.
Ayon sa kanila: “Pursuant to their right to due process, we have given them the opportunity to be heard and explain their side. We nevertheless reminded our staff to extend best service to our clients knowing the pain that comes with the demise of our beloved pets. We understand that they are regarded as extensions or family to many of us.”

Samantala, ibinahagi naman ni Christian ang Facebook post na ito ng pet crematorium at nagbigay ng reaksiyon.
“I believe accepting your apology and accountability is a step towards brighter days for me and my beloved dog at the Rainbow Bridge, Hope,” sulat niya.
Pagpapatuloy pa ng aktor: “I hope and pray we all learn from this experience and ensure that the future of all living and breathing animals is filled with the love and care they deserve.”
Sa huli, pinasalamatan naman ni Bables ang abogado niyang si Rafael Vicente Calinisan sa pagtindig nito sa panig niya at sa kaniyang alagang aso.
