Nasa ₱91.47 milyong ayuda ang ipinamahagi ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. sa mga dating rebelde, ayon sa pahayag ng Malacañang nitong Biyernes.
Sinabi ng Presidential Communications Office (PCO), ang pamamahagi ng financial assistance noong 2023 ay alinsunod na rin sa Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP) ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

"To bolster the peace-building efforts of local government units (LGUs) under the Campaign to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC), the DILG continued to implement the Communicating for Perpetual End for Extreme Violence and Forming Alliance Towards Positive Peace and Enriched Communities (C4PEACE) Program," ayon pa sa social media post ng PCO.
