“A cosmic wreath of sparkling lights. ✨⁣”

Nagbahagi ang National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) ng larawan ng glittering star “RS Puppis” na sampung beses daw na mas "massive" kumpara sa araw.

Sa isang Instagram post, inihayag ng NASA na matatagpuan ang RS Puppis sa layong 6,500 light-years.

“Bright southern hemisphere star RS Puppis is swaddled in a gossamer cocoon of reflective dust,” saad ng NASA.

‘Christmas Tree Cluster,’ napitikan ng NASA

Napitikan naman umano ng Hubble Space Telescope ng NASA ang naturang larawan ng RS Puppis.

“A very bright star at the center of the image illuminates a large surrounding cloud of gas and dust. Bright light from the star appears to radiate in a horizontal line and vertical line across the image,” paliwanag ng NASA hinggil sa larawan.

“In the background many more stars and cosmic objects are visible against the blackness of deep space,” dagdag nito.

Matatandaang kamakailan lamang ay nagbahagi ang NASA ng larawan ng “Christmas Tree Cluster” na matatagpuan daw sa layong 2,500 light-years mula sa Earth.
