Iniutos ni Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong na paigtingin pa ang kampanya laban sa mga colorum public utility vehicle (PUV) dahil na rin sa pagdami ng mga ito ngayong holiday season.

"We have to put a stop to the operation of these colorum vehicles because they do not only contribute to our traffic problem but also put the safety of our commuting public at risk," anang alkalde nitong Sabado.
Umapela rin ang alkalde sa publiko na tumulong sa pamahalaang lungsod upang malansag ang mga namamasadang sasakyan sa pamamagitan ng hindi pagtangkilik sa mga ito.
"There are four reasons why we should avoid patronizing these illegal transportations: Their safety is questionable; these colorum trips are crime magnets; commuters are more at risk of inconvenience; and colorum vehicles are not insured," anang alkalde.
Partikular na inatasan ng alkalde ang Baguio City Police Office upang maipatupad nang husto ang City Ordinance Number 55 (Series of 2017) o ang Anti-Colorum Ordinance.
