Mula ₱10,000 hanggang ₱20,000 livelihood assistance ang ipinamahagi sa 18 na overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) na taga-Baguio at Benguet.

Sinabi ng Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), mismong ang mga tauhan nila sa Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) ang namahagi ng naturang tulong na alinsunod na rin sa livelihood assistance program ng ahensya.

"The OWWA-CAR OIC Regional Director, Ms. Luzviminda C. Tumaliuan together with OIC Programs and Services Division Chief Ms. Lourdes I. Estocapio graced the awarding whereas Ms. Tumaliuan delivered a short message, urging the beneficiaries to utilize the financial assistance they received wisely to uplift their livelihoods," ayon sa Facebook post ng ahensya.

"The OWWA-CAR remains dedicated to championing the welfare of overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families, providing assistance and opportunities especially in times of need," banggit pa ng ahensya.

Todo-pasasalamat naman ang mga nasabing OFW sa naturang tulong ng pamahalaan.
