Doc Willie Ong kay Kris Aquino: 'Biktima rin ako!'-Balita

Nilinaw ng celebrity doctor at dating vice presidential candidate na si Doc Willie Ong na hindi sila ng misis na si Doc Liza Ong ang nasa likod ng misleading advertisement ng isang mixed nut products, na gumagamit umano sa litrato at health conditions ni Queen of All Media Kris Aquino nang walang pahintulot.

Usap-usapan ngayon ang isang ulat na kahit nagpapagaling sa ibang bansa, naghahanda ng legal action si Queen of All Media laban kay Ong, bagay na pinalagan naman ng doktor dahil hindi umano siya ang nasa likod nito, at kung tutuusin ay biktima rin siya.

Ayon kasi sa ulat ng Bilyonaryo, nakipag-ugnayan na raw ang kampo ni Kris sa Divina Law Office upang makipag-ugnayan sa mag-asawang Willie at Liza Ong na tanggalin ang imahe niya sa mixed nuts na ineendorso umano ng dalawa. Ang naturang legal action daw ay batay sa "intellectual property rights for her personal brand."

Aniya, kahit siya ay biktima rin ng naturang fake ads kaya hindi dapat siya ang habulin ng kampo ni Kris, batay sa kaniyang Facebook post na nagsilbing "notice to the public."

"Notice to the Public: These are all obviously fake ads and scammer pages. And Ms. Kris Aquino and her lawyers may have been misled by these fake ads which are not mine po. I do not own nor endorse these products. Please be careful po."

"Wala po ako ine-endorse na kahit anong produkto except for one which is Birch Tree Advance, which is a charity advocacy for seniors. All the rest including Mixed Nuts are fake po."

"I am not the endorser or the owner of these fake FB pages using my name. The fake ads issue is a worldwide problem of influencers. I, and many other influencers are the victims here. My official page has a Blue Verified check mark named Doc Willie Ong with 17 million followers. All FB pages with only a few followers using my name are fake pages po. I have no control on what fake pictures they post."

"I have reported this to FB for the past 5 years with little success since the scammers just keep making new FB accounts. This is a problem of many influencers. I hope you can clarify this so as not to harm my reputation. Salamat po."
