Sinampahan na ng kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act), Article 177 ng Revised Penal Code (Usurpation of Official Functions), Article 179 (Illegal Use of Uniform or Insignia), at Article 151 (Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority or the Agents of such Person) si Joel James Macapagal Victoria, 44.
Gen. Romeo Caramat, Jr..
“He even presented his supposed PNP identification card,” sabi ni Caramat.
“The accused was reported to be engaged in various illegal activities such as large-scale estafa, qualified theft, usurpation of authority, and other fraudulent activities operating in Quezon City and nearby cities,” banggit pa ni Caramat.
Nakumpiska sa akusado ang isang Cal. 40 pistol at magazine na may 10 bala, PNP ID card na nakapangalan sa isang Police Major Joel Victoria, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ID card na nakapangalan din sa kanya, iba't ibang ID, PNP GOA A (PNP authorized uniforms) na may nameplate at insignias; at CIS-NCR QCPD t-shirt.
