Dismayado ang batikang aktres na si Aiko Melendez sa isang sikat na airline sa Pilipinas dahil sa pagkasira ng kaniyang maleta.
Sa isang Facebook post nitong Miyerkules, ibinahagi ni Aiko ang kaniyang pagkadismaya dahil sa pagkasira ng kaniyang branded na maleta.
"Philippine Airlines what happened with our luggage? Our belongings should be treated with care. It was not a full flight, but I’m wondering what went wrong," saad ng aktres.
"Rimowa is known to be a heavy-duty luggage it takes a lot of force for this be damaged. #disappointed," dagdag pa niya.
Sa comment section, naikwento niya ang kaunting detalye ng nangyari nang sagutin niya ang isang comment. Anang aktres, kararating lamang daw niya ng Taiwan nang makita niyang nasira ang kaniyang maleta.
"i just arrived in Taiwan.. and when our luggage got out of the carousel ganyan na bro. Tapos we were looking for a counter na we can report this, walang counter. I recieved a message from IG bro they said i should have filed a complaint? How bro eh wala tao and ung isang kausap namen di marunong mag english," saad ni Aiko.

Samantala, nagkomento naman ang nasabing airlines sa post ng aktres.
"Hi,Aiko. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. We understand how important your baggage is. We have noted that you have also reached out to us via Instagram. We assure you that we are looking into this matter and we'll getback to you with updates via direct message. Thank you."

Habang isinusulat ang Balitang ito, wala pang pahayag ang aktres kung umaksyon na ng airlines hinggil sa kaniyang reklamo.
