Inihayag sa publiko ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) ang overseas trip ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa mga bansang Qatar, United Kingdom (UK), at The Netherlands.
Sa kabila ito ng gumugulong na Senate impeachment trial laban sa kaniya kung saan, habang sinusulat ito, nasa ikawalong araw at ikatlong linggo na ang naturang pagdinig.
Sa inilabas na pahayag ng OVP nitong Martes, Hulyo 21, 2026, sinabi nilang titigil sa Qatar, makikiisa sa event ng Filipino community (FilCom) sa UK, at pupunta ng The Netherlands si VP Sara sa layuning palakasin ang interes ng Pilipinas abroad.
“The trip includes a stop in Qatar, participation in a forum and a Filipino community (FilCom) event in the United Kingdom, as well as in The Netherlands. These activities are intended to engage with overseas Filipinos and advance the Philippines' interests abroad,” pagsisimula nila.

Anila, saklaw raw ng gampanin bilang opisyal at personal na layunin ni VP Sara ang kaniyang paglipad palabas ng bansa.
Pagdidiin nila, wala naman daw pondong mula sa gobyerno ang gagastusin ni VP Sara sa buong durasyon ng kaniyang paglalakbay.
“The itinerary includes both official foreign travel and personal engagements. No government funds will be used by the Vice President for the entire duration of the trip,” ‘ika nila.
Pagpapatuloy ng OVP, nananatili raw silang handa sa kanilang disaster response mechanism sa panahon na may maganap na hindi inaasanag mga pangyayari.
“ The OVP will also continue the implementation of its programs and projects, carried out through its ten satellite offices nationwide,” pagtatapos pa nila.
