“A year ago the Miss Universe community experienced an incredible loss. Cheslie was one of the brightest, warmest, and most kind people we have ever had the privilege of knowing,” mababasa sa Instagram post ng organisasyon.
“I’ve missed you everyday baby girl. Everyday. Thank you for being with me in some of my loneliest moments. Thank you for bringing so many amazing and wonderful people into my life. Thank you for living a life so full of good deeds that not even death can slow down the trajectory of your works. Your legacy will continue on. There are many of us who will see to that,” anang ina sa namayapang anak.
“I love you with a love that transcends life and death. I’m happy for you that you’ve found peace. And on this, the first anniversary of your arrival in Heaven, I hope you are being celebrated with love, hugs, cheers and Twizzlers. ☺️
“I miss you with all my heart. Until we can be together again please know that mom loves you to the moon and back. Always have, always will,” pagtatapos ng ina.
“Sending prayers and a lot of love your way, ❤️” saad ni Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.
“My heart is with you. You have already made such a huge impact in honor of Cheslie. Thinking of you and your family today and sending you so much love, ❤️❤️” komento rin ni Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo.
“Will love you and Cheslie always🤍Sending you a tight and warm hug,” ani Miss Teen USA 2019 Kaleigh Harris.
“My eyes welled with more tears each word I read. Today’s hard for many but I cannot begin to imagine the pain you must be feeling as her mom, her best friend. Prayers for you warm hugs and joyful memories,” saad ni Miss USA 2018 Sarah Rose Summers.
“This is why people need to keep their negative comments to themselves. If your favorite didn’t win okay, it really is not the end of the world. Move on. I have seen countless times people on this page bullying the winners. Words are dangerous! RIP ANGEL.”
“A strong message to all pageant fans, nothing is gained by bullying queens or candidates.”
“This is an example and reminder for all who don't think for a single second that how your words can affect someone. If you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all. 🙏”
“You will never know that a person is going through something because of his jolly personality but deep inside, he already feels something else.”
