Hindi bibigyan ng special treatment si Police Master Sergeant Darwin Nolasco, nakatalaga sa Dinagat Municipal Police Station, kaugnay sa kinakaharap na kasong pagpatay sa isang mag-asawa sa Butuan City nitong Lunes.
Ito ang tiniyak ni Police Regional Office (PRO)-Region 13 chief, Brig. Gen. Pablo Labra II, nitong Miyerkules.
“Rest assured that no special treatment shall be given to PSMS Nolasco in the course of the investigation and if proven guilty, the full force of the law will be applied upon him to give justice to the lives lost and forever shattered,” pagbibigay-diin ni Labra.
Nag-ugat ang kaso nang pagbabarilin umano ni Nolasco ang mag-asawang sinaCharlie at Mary Anne Añasco sa harap ng mismo ng kanilang bahay sa Barangay Villa Kananga nitong Enero 23 ng gabi.
64-anyos, natagpuang patay sa dalampasigan sa Samar
Sinabi naman ni City Police director Col. Marco Archinue na posibleng selos ang motibo sa krimen.
“We are now preparing charges of multiple murder against PSMS Nolasco as we go through the depths of this investigation,” sabi pa nito.
Nakapiit na sa Butuan City Police Office (BCPO) Police Station 1 ang suspek.
