Noong Hulyo 15, napabalita ang pagsasampa ng kaso ni Victor sa dalawa, bagay na pinalagan pareho ni Maggie at Tim.
Nitong Linggo, Hulyo 7, inakusahan naman ni Maggie si Victor ng parehong pangangaliwa sangkot ang isang Rachel Carrasco.
Wala pang tugon si Victor sa pahayag ni Tim.
