Lumabas ang opisyal na pahayag sa pamamagitan ng legal counsel ni Ruffa na si Atty. Bryant Gamonnac Casiw, na ipinadala naman sa mga pahayagan ng talent manager ng aktres na si Jun Lalin.
Ipinaliwanag sa naturang opisyal na pahayag na hindi totoo ang paratang kay Ruffa na tinanggal niya sa trabaho ang dalawang kasambahay na hindi binabayaran ang anim na araw na pinagtrabahuhan ng mga ito.

"Contrary to fake news peddled on social media, our Client NEITHER FIRED the Helpers NOR REFUSED TO PAY their remaining pay for six days. In fact, it was the Helpers who quit and insisted that they leave the house immediately without complying with clearance requirements of the village association."
Isa umano itong black propaganda kay Ruffa, na gumaganap bilang si dating First Lady Imelda Marcos sa pelikulang "Maid in Malacañang ."

"While our Client (Ruffa Gutierrez) was away for work on 7 July 2022, the Helpers became unruly and turned berserk. They persistently called our Client that they have decided to quit since they could no longer cope with the taping and shooting schedules of our Client. They have caused a commotion and were in a hurry to leave the house, without first complying with the clearance requirements of the village association."
"Moreover, the Helpers violated the Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure and Working Agreement that they signed on 12 June 2022 with their unauthorized taking of Confidential Information under the agreement. Sa bandang dulo, sinabi ng legal counsel na nag-iisip na sila ng mga posibilidad na legal actions at remedies, lalo na sa mga taong nagpapakalat ng fake news at "unverified information".
Samantala, tila nagkaroon naman ng parinig sa social media ang ina ni Ruffa na si Annabelle Rama, na suspetsa ng mga netizen ay para kay Guanzon.
