Buo ang suporta ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), iba pang ahensya ng pamahalaan at local government units (LGUs) sa kampanya ng Department of Health (DOH) na “Sabay SaVaxx Kontra Covid” 2nd vaccine booster shots para sa healthcare workers at senior citizens na inilunsad sa Mandaluyong City nitong Huwebes.
Inilahad ni MMDA Chairman Romando Artes na hinihikayat ng ahensya at ng mga alkalde sa Metro Manila, ang mga kuwalipikadongtatanggap ng booster shots na palakasin ang kanilang immunity laban sa virus.
"This second booster for our healthcare workers and senior citizens will provide added protection to the first and primary doses. It will fortify defense of our health workers and seniors who belong to the vulnerable sectors," ayon sa opisyal.
