Itinalaga ni Philippine National Police Officer-in-Charge,  Lieutenant General Vicente D Danao Jr. ang 13 senior police officials sa mahahalagang posisyon sa PNP epektibo nitong Mayo 18. 

Sa ginanap na simpleng turn-over ceremony, pormal na itinalaga sina Brigadier General Emmanuel B. Peralta bilang Acting Director for Information and Communication Technology Management (DICTM); BGen Jon A. Arnaldo bilang Acting Director of National Police Training Institute (NPTI); BGen Lawrence B. Coop bilang Chief of Supervisory Office for Security and Investigative Agencies (SOSIA); at BGen Samuel C. Nacion bilang Director, Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG).

Ang iba pang opisyal na itinalaga sa bagong puwesto ay sina BGen Robert T. Rodriguez  bilang Acting Director for Personnel and Records Management (DPRM); BGen Constancio T. Chinayog Jr. bilang Deputy Director for Personnel and Records Management; BGen Sidney N. Villaflor bilang Deputy Director for Logistics; BGen Jonnel C Estomo, bilang Acting Deputy Commander, Area Police Command- Southern Luzon; BGen Oliver A. Enmodias bilang Acting Deputy Commander, Area Police Command- Eastern Mindanao; BGen Bowenn Joey Masauding bilang Direktor ng Anti-Cybercrime Group; Col. Wilson C. Asueta - OIC, Office of the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief PNP; Col. Christopher C. Birung  bilang Acting Chief of Staff, PNPA; at Col. Joseph R. Arguelles  naman sa DPRM.

"The retirement this month of senior officers triggered an upward movement in the echelon and opened opportunities for career advancement of other senior officers. This reassignment as recommended by the Senior Officers’ Placement and Promotion Board is based on the officers' performance and how they can better contribute to the current operational thrusts of the PNP," sabi ni Danao.
