Tatlong Miss Universe titleholders lang naman ang magsasanib-puwersa para magsilbing hosts ng coronation night ng MUP 2022.
Kabilang sa tatlong queens na ito ang Pinay Miss Universe 2015 na si Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere mula France at Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Tebow mula South Africa.
Sa darating na Abril 30 gaganapin ang Finals night sa SM Mall of Asia Arena.
