Matapos mapabalita ang Valentine's Day date ni Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez, agad naman niyang ibinahagi sa kaniyang Instagram stories ang kaniyang panig kung bakit nga ba sila naghiwalay ng kaniyang dating karelasyon.

Sa pamamagitan ng art cards na ibinahagi niya sa Instagram stories, idinetalye ni Bea ang mga pangyayari.
"Everyone had said their opinions, posted their statements, shared their sympathies, and expressed their hate. I am simply putting this out there for my own peace of mind and nothing else," pahayag ni Bea.

Minabuti raw ni Bea na manahimik na lamang kahit nakatatanggap umano ng mga akusasyon laban sa kaniya. Minabuti umano niyang isantabi muna ang mga isyu upang makapag-pokus sa kaniyang laban para sa Miss Universe.
Matitiis umano ni Bea ang pagkalat ng mga chismis, subalit kaya na siya nagsalita ay dahil sa mga natatanggap na harassment at ng kaniyang mga mahal sa buhay, dahil sa isyung ito.
"Trolls went on to my social media accounts posting comments about my personal life as if they knew who I am and even up to this day they would continue to disrespect me on a platform that I use positively for my causes," paliwanag ni Miss Universe Philippines 2021.
"Fake news from social media corrupted so many minds. It affected even the things I advocate for," giit pa ni Bea.
Batay sa sumunod na mga talata, dito na inispluk ni Bea na napag-alaman niyang may ibang ine-entertain na umano ang kaniyang dating karelasyon na nagngangalang 'Adam' kahit sila pa.
"She's made out with someone, made a move on other girls, and have been going out more often than usual that there were even times she wouldn't come home for days. I wouldn't know where she was or who she was with. I didn't recognize her anymore and things began to change."
Sinubukan din umano niyang ayusin ang kanilang relasyon habang siya ay nasa Maynila at naghahanda sa kaniyang laban.
"“For over two months, when I was already here in Manila, I was on video call with her for as much as possible. But long distance made it hard for us, there were days that instead of talking about how our days went, she’d be in a party or playing her video games,” aniya.
Parang ang lumalabas umanong 'kontrabida' sa nangyari ay si Bea dahil umano sa pananahimik ng kaniyang dating karelasyon.
"All along, she had been the victim of this break up because she chose to. She didn't have to explain herself because I was already being antagonized and everyone's sympathy was with her."
Pinasalamatan din ni Bea ang mga taong nakatulong sa kaniya upang makapag-adjust sa paninirahan sa isang lugar na bago sa kaniya. Kasama na rito si John Odin, na nauna nang naisyu na 'sinulot' umano siya mula sa dati niyang karelasyon, at siyang kasama niyang nagdiwang ng Valentine's Day nitong Pebrero 14, 2022, batay sa kaniyang Instagram post at stories.

"People who said they'd be here to support me when I needed them only wanted to be present when I already won," aniya.
"I can only hope for the ebst for both of us. I did love her. I don't regret anything in the six years that we've been together. I loved her until the last day I was with her."
"We both deserve to be happy… genuinely happy," saad pa niya.
