Ipinagmamalaking ibinahagi ng social media personality na si Mika Salamanca na isa na siyang 'officially retokada' matapos niyang sumailalim sa pagpaparetoke ng ilong o may scientific term na 'rhinoplasty'.
Ibinahagi ni Mika sa kaniyang vlog ang procedure na kaniyang pinagdaanan upang mas mapalutang pa ang ganda ng kaniyang ilong. Ngunit tila marami sa mga netizen ang nanibago sa kaniyang hitsura at tutol sa ginawa niya. Maganda naman daw siya ngunit bakit kailangan pa niyang magparetoke ng ilong?
Nakatanggap ng pang-ookray si Mika na kamukha na raw niya ang mga karakter sa American epic science fiction filmna 'Avatar' noong 2009.
Sa isang Facebook post, agad siyang naglabas ng kaniyang hinanakit at saloobin tungkol dito.
