"We are safe. Cebu’s a mess. No power. No net. Just got a signal. People are lining up for water, food, and gas. We have family members that lost their homes. Liteblock got looted. A lot of our employees are now homeless - using our factory as a temporary shelter for them. We’re trying to help out where we can. Praying for everyone," ani Slater sa kaniyang Instagram post nitong Disyembre 18. Disyembre 19 naman ang kaniyang kaarawan.

"A birthday spent rebuilding. Just happy everyone is safe," sey ni Slater sa kaniyang Instagram post nitong Disyembre 20.

“The typhoon hit us pretty pretty pretty bad. The whole city does not have electricity, no water. They said it’s gonna take one month for it to be back,” salaysay ni Kryz sa video na inupload din nila sa IG.

"There’s so many people affected. Slater’s warehouse and light block has been affected. His employees, he opened up his warehouse so they can stay there because a lot of them don’t have homes anymore. That’s really bad."

"Our house survived but it was so scary that night. Slater and I were hiding in my closet because that is the only place where there isn't any glass."

“Our room which is like three walls of glass was literally shaking at feeling namin, mabibiyak na talaga ‘yung glass… It was the scariest thing."

“We are making this video because we feel like… I don’t think Cebu is getting heard or like the rest of all the victims of typhoon Odette. It’s because we don’t see a lot of pictures on how bad it really is. Just to get the internet, we are at our friend’s home. There’s just a few places in Cebu where you can actually find the internet, especially to upload photos and videos.

“It’s very hard to call people. I can’t call our family members, it’s very very hard. A lot of people are asking for help. It’s again very hard to coordinate with people to just give them help. Kami is very thankful na we’re safe but a lot of the people around there, when you’re driving, it takes 4 hrs to get gas. It takes 3-4 hours to just get drinking water, if it’s available."

“Cebu is having a hard time. I’m sure like Siargao, Negros, Leyte, Bohol. We don’t know what information is being put out there because we don’t have access to the net but based on what we heard from our friend, nobody knows what’s going on here.

“Everything broke. Everything is wrecked. Things were exploding. The whole city.. is wrecked. People really need help," anila.
