Ginanap ang 34th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Television nitong Linggo, Oktubre 17, 2021, kung saan humakot ng parangal ang iba't ibang mga celebrities batay sa kanilang mga larangan, gayundin ang kani-kanilang mga TV networks.

Humakot ng parangal ang ABS-CBN na itinanghal ding 'Best TV Stations' sa kabila ng kawalan nito ng prangkisa.

Ayon sa PMPC, ang pinagbatayan ay mga television shows na umere sa pagitan ng Setyembre 2019 hanggang Agosto 2020.
