Muling nagpositibo sa coronavirus disease (COVID-19) si San Carlos, Negros Occidental Bishop Gerardo Alminaza, ayon sa anunsyo ng Diocese of San Carlos nitong Linggo, Setyembre 19.
“I regret to inform the faithful that Most. Rev. Gerardo A. Alminaza, DD., Bishop of San Carlos has been tested positive for COVID-19 again,” pahayag ni Diocese of San Carlos Chancellor Fr. Marjun Almario.
“He is asymptomatic. However, he is required to isolate himself for the time being,” dagdag niya.

Hinikayat naman ni Almario ang mga nakasalamuha ni Alminaza na mag-self-isolate.
“We encourage those persons that he may have interacted with these past few days to observe home quarantine and cooperate with the authorities for proper health protocols,” sabi ni Almario.
Humihingi ng pagdasal para sa mabilis na pagrekober ni Alminaza ang Diocese of San Carlos.
“We ask for everyone’s prayers for this fast healing as well as for other COVID-19 patients. Let us continue as well to pray for those in the frontlines who are constantly taking risks to care for us,”saad ni Almario.
