Inaresto ng mga tauhan ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang isang empleyado ng Taguig City Hall dahil sa umano'y pangingikil nito sa isang construction company, kamakailan.
Ang suspek ay kinilala ni NBI Officer-in-Charge Director Eric Distor na si Sandy Frias, nakatalaga sa Local Building Office ng Taguig City.
Natimbog si Friassa ikinasang entrapment operation ng NBI- Technical Intelligence Division, nitong Mayo 12.
Sa reklamo ng complainant, hiningan siya ni Frias ng P108,743.60 at binigyan din sila ng resibo nito para sa pagpapalabas ng certificate of occupancy at certificate of electrical inspection.

“When complainant asked for the release of the certificates, Subject Sandy Frias told them that the certificates can only be released in exchange for P800,000,” ayon sa hepe ng NBI.
Nang maki-usap ay sinabihan umano ito ni Frias na napagdesisyunan ng kanilang "Committee" na ibaba ito sa P400,000.00, na dapat ay direktang ibayad sa kanya.
“After more than three months of waiting and the same were still withheld by Subject Frias, Complainant then finally decided to file a formal complaint for extortion against the Subject,” aniya pa.
Ang suspek ay ipinagharap na ng kasong robbery at extortion sa Taguig Prosecutor's Office.
