“In this ongoing tug-of-war between actual rights and perceived ones, let us not forget the most fundamental of all, the long-upheld Rights of Women, sabi ni Villanueva.

"It is sad that our LGBT brothers and sisters who form a very small segment of our society want to enforce their perceived rights against biologically born women in the use of ladies’ comfort room,” giit ni Villanueva ng Cibac Party-list.

Adding emotions to the controversial occurrence is not helpful in providing context not only to the pending SOGIE bill, but also to the concerns of both the LGBT and Non-LGBT rights proponents in the country", paliwanag ni Villanueva,” sabi pa ng kongresista.
